Billing questions
Is there a free trial of Pro or Ultra?+
No trial is needed to try KyraForm: the Free plan has no time limit. When you upgrade, your plan starts as soon as you pay. If it isn't right for you, cancel within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.
How does yearly billing work?+
You pay for ten months and get twelve. Yearly plans renew once a year, and you can switch between monthly and yearly from your billing settings.
Which currency will I pay in?+
All plans are priced and charged in US dollars, wherever you are. Checkout adds your country's taxes, such as GST or VAT. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount. Our payment partner, Paddle, handles billing and invoices.
What happens if I stop paying?+
Your organisation moves to the Free plan at the end of the period you paid for. Forms beyond the Free limits are paused, never deleted, and come back when you upgrade.
What counts as a response?+
One completed submission of a form. Partially filled forms that were never submitted don't count. The limit resets on the first day of each billing month.
What counts as an AI message?+
Each message you send to the AI assistant, whether it builds a form, changes one or answers a question about it. Each AI summary of a form's written answers also counts as one message. Pro includes 500 a month and Ultra 2,000. The count resets on the first day of each month; if you run out, you can upgrade or wait for the reset.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Do you take a cut of payments I collect on my forms?+
No. Payments go directly to your own payment gateway account. Only your gateway's own fees apply.
Do you offer discounts for education and non-profits?+
